On Monday we celebrated the school's 50th birthday. We all made crowns and went into the hall in the afternoon and ate birthday cake.
In Literacy we read the story of Kipper's birthday. We thought about all the things we would need for a party and used our sounds to each write a birthday list.
In phonics we have been learning the tricky words I and the please help us to find these in our reading books.
In maths we have been learning to count carefully.
" You could put them in a line to count".Toby
Next week we shall be using different objects to count and add 1 more.
In PE we have been learning to throw and catch a beanbag, head height, watching the beanbag carefully with our eyes.
Our Learning Owl this week is Daisy who has been persevering with her learning. Well done Daisy, have fun with Otto.
